Anyone need emergency housing?
Hi-- is anyone looking for a place to stay starting in May, through the end of August 2010? (4 months, or more if you like). It's a 3 bedroom/3 bath house in south Davis on the W bus line. (really beautiful, renovated, functional house)
Rent is $1975 (very negotiable!!).

It's fully furnished (TV, sofa, dining table, coffee table, washer/dryer etc etc.)

2-car garage

quiet neighbors

2.5 miles from UCDavis

1 block from Safeway and oakshade shopping area

the landlord is really awesome.
