Sublease
We're looking for another housemate to sublease my room and move in late June or by July 1. The room is for the summer and the lease ends 8/31.

It is $400/month for a single, unfurnished room. The price is subsidized to get the room taken ASAP. The house itself is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and located in a safe/quiet neighborhood. You would be sharing the bathroom/shower with the other female roommate.

Utilities are 1/3 split. Full access to living room, kitchen, backyard, and garage. It's a 5 minute walk to the L line and 10-15 biking minutes away from campus.

- washer and dryer inside the house
- heating/AC
- garage space (if you need to store extra stuff)
- backyard
- plenty of street parking
- close to OfficeMax, RiteAid, Safeway, Dollar Store, Aggie Liquor, Nugget

You'd be sharing the house with two respectful and clean people (male and female) who are friendly and low key.
