What is this business about being open only for 4 hours a day on only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday?

I tried to call, but I think they just gave up on even having the facade of having some kind undead clerical worker doing random moans and groans to attempt to answer questions. I call, sit through the menu of options that tell me about everything that I don't need to know, and finally get the "talk to a representative" option (it's number 8 on the key pad).

When I hit the number, I don't even get a "please stay on the line," well I do, but then after telling me I may or may not be on hold for about 10 minutes (a big lie), the auto dialer voice comes on and tells me "all lines are bust, we will now disconnect; buh-bye!"

WHAT!? NO!

I call again, same response. No doubt, they've unplugged all their phone lines, like some scared bankrupt yuppie hiding from the bank.

So I'm standing in Dutton now, I've spent about 40 minutes of my life standing here, staring at Freshmen.

Ironically my question is about paying the money I owe THEM for a short term loan. Do they even want my money?
