How to cut down on Methane
So according to popular science feeding cows curry will reduce methane production.

Clearly, the abundance of Thai restaurants in Davis can now do the environment good.

I love curry but I have no sense of smell. People tell me curry can smell pretty awful sometimes. It seems to me they solve on problem (bovine carbon emission) but create another.
